I'll be honest, I only know about this car from Fast and the Furious. David seems like the least likely kind of guy to go for featuring his car in a movie, how did that happen?
It's the car I blame for my irrational love for 2nd gen Camaros and similar era Ford Torinos.

Oh, I knew about Nelson already, I just didn't know that the car was owned by David Freiburger.

It's not just owned by Freiburger. He had the whole car built and it was all covered in Hot Rod about 10 years ago. I think in max trim the engine puts out something like 1200 or 1500hp
